We use the term specifically. Automated assistance means structured guidance generated from our knowledge base — suggested checklists, completeness checks, expiry detection and plain-language answers to common questions.
Anything automated is labelled as automated assistance and is reviewable by a consultant. Automated output does not decide, predict or guarantee a visa outcome, and we do not present it as authoritative where an official source exists.
Data handling
Passport and supporting documents are sensitive. Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections, access is restricted to the people working on your application, and private documents are never exposed through public or guessable URLs.
