Sharing
Where your application requires it, information and documents are shared with the relevant embassy, consulate or visa application centre. We may use service providers (for example email, hosting or payment processing) who handle data on our behalf under contract.
Document security
Passport and supporting documents are treated as sensitive. They are transmitted over encrypted connections, stored with restricted access, and are never made available through public or guessable URLs.
Retention
We keep application records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
