Convercession is an independent visa management and technology service provider. We are not a government authority, embassy, consulate or visa application centre. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
We provide information, document preparation, application management and support services. We do not decide visa applications and cannot influence a decision.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any visa will be granted, or that it will be granted within any particular period. Fees for our services are for the work performed and are not contingent on the outcome of the application.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you give us. Providing false or misleading information to an immigration authority is a serious matter and can result in refusal or a future ban.
Fees
Our service charge is separate from government visa fees and any visa application centre charges. Government fees are set by the relevant authority and are generally non-refundable, including where an application is refused.
