What we need from you
Accurate and complete information; genuine, valid documents supplied in reasonable time; prompt responses when something is needed; and attendance at any appointment or interview the authority requires.
Limits of the engagement
We cannot influence the decision, create or expedite official appointment slots, or shorten an authority's processing time. Where a destination's rules make your plan unrealistic, we will tell you rather than proceed regardless.
