Government and centre fees
Visa fees paid to a government authority, and fees paid to a visa application centre, are outside our control. These are generally non-refundable once an application is submitted — including if the application is refused. We cannot refund money we have not received.
Our service charge
Our charge covers the work of preparing and managing your application. Where we have not yet begun that work, a refund is normally possible. Once documents have been reviewed and the application prepared, the work has been performed and the charge is generally not refundable.
Refusals
A refusal is not in itself a ground for refund of our service charge, because the charge is for the service performed rather than for a particular outcome.

Contact your consultant with your reference number and the reason for the request.
